How We Can Work Together
Personalised counselling and professional support built around understanding people, their experiences and what matters most to them.
Substance Use & Addiction Counselling
Whether it's alcohol, ice, cocaine, cannabis, prescription medication or other drugs, sometimes it's hard to recognise when use is starting to affect your life. Maybe you're using more than you planned, finding it difficult to stop, or just wondering if things have gone too far. Whatever your situation, we can talk openly about what's happening, understand what's keeping it going and work out what changes make sense for you, without judgement or pressure.

Behavioural Addictions & Compulsive Behaviours
Addiction isn't always about alcohol or drugs. Sometimes it's gambling, gaming, watching pornography, or other behaviours that become difficult to control. What might start as something enjoyable or a way to cope with stress can gradually affect your relationships, finances, work or wellbeing. I'm here to help you understand why these patterns happen, what makes them hard to stop and how you can make changes without judgement or shame.

Sometimes life gets overwhelming, and it's not always about one particular problem. Work, relationships, money, family and personal circumstances can all affect how we're coping.
