You're In the Right Place If...
You're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by depression. Perhaps you're navigating a difficult life transition. Maybe you've experienced trauma and you're ready to reclaim your sense of safety and peace.
You're worried about how much you're drinking, or a substance has started running the show. Maybe it's not a substance at all. Gambling, gaming, or another behaviour that's quietly taken over more of your time and thoughts than feels comfortable. You don't need to have hit rock bottom to reach out, and you don't need to have all the answers about what it even is yet.
Everyday life feels harder than it should. Work, relationships, just getting through the day, and you're looking for practical support, not just a diagnosis. Or maybe it's not you at all: someone you love is going through addiction or mental illness, and you're exhausted, unsure how to help, and need a space of your own to process it.

Meet Teguh
I’ve worked in community and on the frontline as an Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) specialist for close to ten years, and that experience shapes everything about how I work with people. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach.

How We Can Work Together
Personalised counselling and professional support built around understanding people, their experiences and what matters most to them.
Substance Use & Addiction Counselling
Whether it's alcohol, ice, cocaine, cannabis, prescription medication or other drugs, sometimes it's hard to recognise when use is starting to affect your life. Maybe you're using more than you planned, struggling to stop or wondering if things have gone too far. Whatever your situation, we can talk openly about what's happening, understand what's keeping it going and work out what changes make sense for you, without judgement or pressure.
Behavioural Addictions & Compulsive Behaviours
Addiction isn't always about alcohol or drugs. Sometimes it's gambling, gaming, watching pornography, or other behaviours that become difficult to control. What might start as something enjoyable or a way to cope with stress can gradually affect your relationships, finances, work or wellbeing. I'm here to help you understand why these patterns happen, what makes them hard to stop and how you can make changes without judgement or shame.
Psychosocial Counselling
Sometimes life gets overwhelming, and it's not always about one particular problem. Work, relationships, money, family and personal circumstances can all affect how we're coping. You don't need a diagnosis or have everything figured out before reaching out. We can talk through what's happening and work out what might help.
Family & Friends - Counselling & Support
Addiction doesn't just affect the person experiencing it. Families and loved ones often carry the worry, frustration and exhaustion of trying to help, while feeling lost in a system that's not always easy to navigate. Whether you're unsure what to do, where to turn or how to support someone, this is a space for you, too.
